GTM Infrastructure Architect

Why do I build GTM infrastructure?

I got tired of watching companies throw money at tools that don't talk to each other. Somewhere between the third fragmented CRM and the fifth disconnected enrichment pipeline, I realized the problem was never the tools. It was the missing infrastructure underneath.

Mathew Joseph is a GTM Infrastructure Architect who builds full-funnel revenue systems for B2B companies. His work spans data enrichment, AI-powered qualification, CRM architecture, and post-capture revenue optimization: the complete pipeline from first touch to closed deal.

I've spent years inside B2B companies watching the same pattern repeat. A company hires SDRs, buys a stack of tools, and hopes activity equals pipeline. It doesn't.

The SDRs spend most of their time on manual work. The tools don't talk to each other. And when pipeline does appear, nobody can attribute it to anything specific. I've seen this fail at startups and at companies doing $50M ARR. Same pattern. Same gaps.

The problem isn't the people or the tools. It's the infrastructure connecting them. Most companies don't have a GTM system. They have a collection of disconnected tools with humans filling the gaps.

So I started GTMWizard.io to fix this. Not with another tool or another agency retainer. With the actual infrastructure. The data pipelines, the automation workflows, the attribution systems, the lifecycle automation that turns a collection of tools into a revenue system.

Every system I build sits on open-source foundations that the client owns. You're never locked in. Build it, hand over the keys, walk away knowing it'll keep running. That's the whole model.

How do I work?

4-5 clients a year

Every engagement gets my direct, focused attention. I do the work. No junior associates, no handoffs. That's the trade-off of boutique: fewer clients, better outcomes.

I build things

Not slide decks. Not strategy documents. The actual systems that process signals, qualify leads, and attribute revenue. If it doesn't run in production, I haven't done my job.

You own the result

Open-source foundations. Full documentation. Team training. I don't create dependencies. You keep the keys.

The whole funnel

Signal detection to deal conversion to customer expansion. I specialise in Post-Capture Revenue Optimization: the 90% of the funnel that happens after someone fills out a form. Most GTM engineers stop at the top. I keep going.
