Services

Five phases. One revenue system. You keep the keys.

Every engagement follows the same disciplined process. I've refined it through real-world engagements. Diagnosis to full ownership transfer, transparent the whole way through.

Service Phases

01

Diagnose and discover

Available standalone

Where is your GTM actually breaking down?

I audit your existing GTM infrastructure end-to-end. Data flow mapping, tool stack assessment, signal gap analysis. Most companies are surprised by what I find.

The diagnosis phase audits your entire GTM data flow, from lead capture to revenue attribution, mapping every tool, every handoff, and every leak in the pipeline.

Deliverables
  • Complete GTM infrastructure audit
  • Data flow mapping across all tools
  • Signal gap analysis
  • Prioritised action plan
02

Architect and design

What should your revenue system look like?

I design the complete GTM infrastructure architecture: data flows, signal sources, qualification logic, lifecycle mapping. You approve the blueprint before anything gets built.

Deliverables
  • Full infrastructure architecture document
  • Data flow and integration blueprints
  • Signal source and qualification logic
  • Lifecycle stage mapping
03

Build and integrate

Make it real.

Signal detection, enrichment, qualification, outreach automation, CRM integration, dashboards. One integrated system, not a patchwork. All built on foundations you own.

Deliverables
  • Signal detection and enrichment pipelines
  • AI-powered lead qualification
  • Automated outreach sequences
  • CRM architecture and integration
  • Revenue dashboards
04

Activate and launch

The differentiator

What happens after the lead enters your CRM?

This is where I do my best work. I call it Post-Capture Revenue Optimization: lifecycle automation, deal progression, sentiment analysis, retention monitoring, expansion triggers, revenue attribution. Most GTM engineers never get here.

Activation is where most GTM projects fail. Building the system is 40% of the work. Tuning it against live data, monitoring signal quality, and proving ROI is the other 60%.

Deliverables
  • Lifecycle automation workflows
  • Deal progression tracking
  • Revenue attribution system
  • Expansion and retention triggers
  • Board-ready reporting
05

Transfer and own

You keep the keys.

Full ownership transfer. Documentation, team handoff, maintenance playbooks. The system runs without me. Optional ongoing partnership if you want expert support as the system evolves.

Deliverables
  • Complete system documentation
  • Team training sessions
  • Maintenance playbooks
  • Troubleshooting guides
  • Optional ongoing partnership

How can you engage?

Diagnose Standalone

2-week engagement

Complete GTM infrastructure audit with a prioritised action plan. Start here if you're not sure what's broken. Most clients are surprised by what the audit turns up.

Full Engagement

Popular

8-12 weeks

Diagnose through Transfer. The complete revenue system build with full ownership transfer. This is how an AI infrastructure startup cut GTM costs by 95%.

Post-Transfer Partnership

Ongoing

For teams that want expert guidance as the system evolves. Strategic reviews, tuning, and scaling support. Lighter touch than a full engagement.

What do clients ask most often?

How long does a full engagement take?

8-12 weeks, Diagnose through Transfer. If you just want the audit, the Diagnose phase runs 2 weeks as a standalone engagement.

Do I own everything at the end?

Yes. Everything. Open-source foundations, your infrastructure, your CRM. I include full documentation and team training so you don't need me after handoff.

What makes this different from a GTM agency?

Agencies charge monthly retainers and you depend on them indefinitely. I do a one-time engagement, do the work myself, and hand you the result. No recurring dependency.

Why only 4-5 clients per year?

Because infrastructure work requires depth. I've seen what happens when GTM projects get spread thin. Fewer clients means I can actually build something that lasts.

Can you work with our existing CRM?

Yes. I've worked with major CRM platforms and custom setups. The Architect phase maps your current stack and designs integrations, not replacements. The goal is to make your existing tools work harder, not swap them out.

What's included in the Diagnose phase?

A full audit of your GTM infrastructure: data flow mapping across every system, tool inventory and overlap analysis, pipeline leak identification, attribution gap assessment, and cost analysis of your current stack. You get a prioritised roadmap whether or not you continue to the Build phase.

What happens after you leave?

The Transfer phase includes full documentation, team training sessions, and a 30-day support window. I build for self-sufficiency — your team should be running and maintaining the system independently within 2 weeks of handoff.

Do I need to replace my current tools?

Almost never. I build on top of what you already have. The Diagnose phase identifies which tools are working, which overlap, and where the gaps are. Most clients keep 80-90% of their existing stack — the value comes from connecting it properly.
